What can I say? I LOVE living here. It's not only close to everything happening in Detroit, but it's made Summer in the City even more enjoyable! I LOVE my apartment, (it's beautiful) never had any issues but what small concerns (sorry I admit I can be a bit over the top at times) Management has always taken care of it in a very timely manner. If you are considering a new home downtown I can't say enough good things about the Beach Club! Everyone is extremely nice and the views! It's hard to believe you aren't at a beach up north or down south. Now I can appreciate my summers again. Thank you!!

So blessed to have Beach Club Detroit as my new home! It is extremely peaceful to say the least. To say the most, the application process and approval was easy, as well as move-in. My unit is completely renovated and very comfortable. The neighbors are friendly and waking up every morning to the beach / river view is top tier! Excited that I chose Beach Club Detroit to begin my new chapter! P.s.: Kim, the leasing manager should be the standard of excellence for all leasing offices! 🫶🏼
