What can I say? I LOVE living here. It's not only close to everything happening in Detroit, but it's made Summer in the City even more enjoyable! I LOVE my apartment, (it's beautiful) never had any issues but what small concerns (sorry I admit I can be a bit over the top at times) Management has always taken care of it in a very timely manner.
If you are considering a new home downtown I can't say enough good things about the Beach Club! Everyone is extremely nice and the views! It's hard to believe you aren't at a beach up north or down south. Now I can appreciate my summers again. Thank you!!

So blessed to have Beach Club Detroit as my new home! It is extremely peaceful to say the least. To say the most, the application process and approval was easy, as well as move-in. My unit is completely renovated and very comfortable. The neighbors are friendly and waking up every morning to the beach / river view is top tier! Excited that I chose Beach Club Detroit to begin my new chapter! P.s.: Kim, the leasing manager should be the standard of excellence for all leasing offices! 🫶🏼

I LOVE IT HERE!
The apartments are spacious for the price, and there is so much natural light which is a huge plus if you're into plants. The location is good, and the grounds are maintained very well. The staff have been amazing, particularly Michelle and Kim in the office! Great people, great place -- I cannot recommend this place enough. My dog gives the dog run a two paws up.
Edit: after this review they got a really cool fitness center too!

I've been living here for about 20 years, I've had 3 apartments here, love it here, it's been some ups and down, but more ups than down. No place is perfect. This is a great place to live.

I had recently moved out of the Beach Club apartments due to my job requiring me to travel. I was there for just over a year. I enjoyed living there as it is a very peaceful and quite place to live. Other tenants are fairly friendly. The beach is very large and is great during the summer. They are still doing renovations as this place has a lot of history, however, the newly remodeled apartments are really nice. I liked the location because it was close enough to the city that I could zip downtown in less than 10 minutes, but I did not have to pay the surcharge of downtown living. There isn't anything as much in walkable distance besides bell aisle, which is one of the cons I had living there. I enjoy eateries and events mostly, so it posted a challenge for me at least. Office staff is friendly, have a great system for payments and maintenance requests. Very pet friendly place to live. I will forever remember beach club as one of the most unique places I have lived and appreciate my time there as a tenant. Wish the beach club and all the tenants all the best. - Ben

I’ve lived at the Beach Club over a year and the new management team is the best. Yesterday ‘s Open House event on the beach was wonderful…perfect view, perfect weather, perfect atmosphere. The food was delicious especially the baked beans and barbecue sauce. The staff is caring and curious . I would recommend living here.

I have lived at Beach Club for over 3 years. It keeps getting better and better. The new management team is top notch and staff is awesome. Everyone responds to requests in a timely manner. The renovated apartments are very nice and cannot beat the Million Dollar View!!

I can't say enough good things about Beach Club Apartments! From the moment I took a tour with Dametra R, I knew that this was an absolute top of my list place to relocate. Nestled right by the water, the views are nothing short of spectacular—waking up to the sight of the sun rising over the river is a daily treat.
The management team is TOP-NOTCH, always going above and beyond to ensure residents are happy and comfortable. Any maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the staff is always friendly and professional. They really make you feel like you're part of a community. I was invited to a resident BBQ over the weekend that BOASTED beautiful backyard beach views. The food was amazing, and so were the staff who took the time to cook everything for their residents, and a few potential residents like myself. ;-)
The amenities here are fantastic. The private beach area is perfect for relaxing on weekends, and the outdoor pool is a refreshing escape during the summer months. There's also a well-equipped fitness center that’s never too crowded, so it’s easy to stick to a workout routine.
The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and well-maintained. I love the open floor plan and the large windows that let in so much natural light. Plus, the balconies are a perfect spot to unwind after a long day.
Location-wise, you couldn’t ask for more. It’s close enough to downtown Detroit to enjoy all the city has to offer, but far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle. Plus, with easy access to major highways, commuting is a breeze.
Overall, Beach Club Apartments has exceeded all my expectations. It’s more than just an apartment—it’s a lifestyle. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury, look no further!
