I've been here three years. Well managed. Continuously improving the Amenities and landscape. Keeping us informed of maintenance, improvements and construction. Regularly providing extra perks such as free ice cream and community parties with refreshments (before Covid19). Great maintenance service. I've never any major problems since I've been here. Hands down the best location in the City! Watch beautiful sunrises and sunset over the river from your window! Great Amenities and resort-like features. Convenience Store owner is great. If they don't have something, he'll get it! Excellent customer service. Fantastic gated community. Now newly updated Marina! Love it here.
I have been living here since 2014. I have lived in two lovely apartments. I have a lot of memories here. The staff and maintenance have been excellent. The community is friendly. The view is amazing and refreshing. The vibes are amazing and made the quarantine (not going out but to work) a good time. I had no issues or problems that was not fixed immediately. The complex is safe, welcoming and people are always smiling and happy. The grocery store managed by Patrick and his Daughter Laura is phenomenal and will order whatever you need .
I highly recommend living at the riverfront towers, it is a life style that you will not experience anywhere else in Detroit

I did like you’re doing right now. I went to the reviews before becoming a resident. I didn’t base my decision from the reviews, I made my decision immediately after leaving the property.
Entering the property - it’s gated, with on site security. 10 out of 10
Parking - we have a parking garage that is attached, no matter what tower you’re in, you can get there without going outside.I don’t have to leave early to clean the snow off of my car. 10 out of 10
The staff - from the leasing office to the maintenance man. EVERYONE is nice. Makes you feel like you’re a friend. 10 out of 10.
Amenities - THE AMENITIES!!! Mannnn, listen. Gym (not a hotel gym but a GYM), Sauna, indoor pool, hot tub, outdoor fire pit, grills, dog parks (yeah, that’s plural), got a boat? There’s a dock, our own river walk, barber shop, a room dedicated for entertaining, ATM, grocery/convenience/party store, a renovating restaurant, do you have your own business? There’s offices here for you. What other property has their own party store, restaurant and barbershop? I’ll wait... Everything that’s indoor, you don’t even have to go outside to get to. On Election Day, I went downstairs in my building and voted in person. In and out in 5 minutes. I’m sure I’m forgetting something. 15 out of 10
Location - Everything you can possibly need is within walking distance. If you don’t want to walk, cool. There’s an attached people mover station, and again, you don’t even have to go outside to get there. I’ve never had a problem with getting a scooter either. 10 out of 10
The apartment - I have a 2bdrm with 2 baths. It’s a nice size with plenty of space and windows. It’s also surprisingly really quiet. I’ve never heard my neighbors beside me or above me. Washer/dryer and pretty low utility cost. 10 out of 10
I’m a new Michigan resident. I had my own opinion about this state until I moved to Riverfront Towers. Honestly speaking, I love living downtown, and I love living here. It’s well diverse, pet friendly and have accommodations that I’ve never seen offered before.
If I had to say something negative - renovations. It’s actually a good thing, but I’m impatient. Not just saying this, but there’s actually nothing bad here. I sat here and tried to think of one, but I got nothing.

Riverfront Towers? I can’t imagine living anywhere else! Sitting right on the Detroit River, you will not find these views anywhere else in Detroit. I love walking on the river in a safe, beautiful, pet friendly environment. I appreciate the friendly and diverse community and the caring staff.

I have lived here for almost a year and would recommend it to anyone who wants to live downtown but still wanting a community feel. I have always felt safe here, maintenance is extremely responsive, and everything about this place is perfect. It’s so picturesque outside and with the view of the city and river, you often forget that you’re basically downtown. The connection to the people mover has also been so convenient for commuting, if walking is not an option. The only reason I will not be renewing my lease is to find something a little cheaper which I am not looking downtown , although the pricing is very competitive for the area and the parking fee is a lot cheaper than most in the downtown area This place will be hard to beat, sad to leave

This is hands down the BEST place to live in downtown Detroit. I have been living here for 8 months now. I feel safe and cared for living here. Whenever there is a maintenance issue it is fixed promptly and swiftly amd management always keeps you up to date on the progress. The amenities here are also second to none. From the gym, pool, hot tub, sauna, barber shop, and store! The store here always surprises me how much they have in stock for the residents. Everytime I forget something from the grocery store, somehow they have it there its amazing. And the views you get here are also amazing! We have access to the riverfront walk through the skywalk here also. From my experience, residents living here are students or working people so everyone is cordial and respectful. Have never had a noise problem.
For everything it offers this place is a wonderful place to live!

I am glad that my husband and I chose the Riverfront for Downtown living after we sold our house. The property is beautifully kept, staff is always helpful and pleasant, and even during these times of pandemic they were available and ready to assist. It is in a great location and despite us being able to have experienced some of the amenities due to the virus, we are satisfied. If all goes well we will give the Riverfront another year, hopefully the world will be in a better place.
Ive been living at riverfront towers for about 8 months now and i absolutely LOVE it. My dream come true apartment in downtown Detroit! The maintenance people here are one of the nicest and caring people! They are always ontop of honestly everything! Colleen has been my go to since I moved in! She made the move in process very simple and easy answered literally every question I had in mind haha! Riverfront Towers is the place to live if you’re thinking about moving Downtown! Leasing office has such nice ladies working and never leave you without an answer! Riverfront Towers has such a beautiful community here very friendly and the views are amazing!! Thank you riverfront towers for being true to your words & making our living comfortable and happy! 1000000/10 recommend
