Just near the harbor and beach fronts of Lake Michigan this senior community is available for ages 62 and up. A pair of newly constructed buildings make up the community, each built with all of the premiere amenities for seniors at the forefront. We look forward to welcoming you new home! The city’s new senior housing is blocks from the Lake Michigan shore amid the new walkable city development known as North Harbor. Lakeshore Manor contains two, three-story buildings with bright and airy apartments that include amenities most requested by seniors. Built to Energy Green standards, the development includes secure, brightly lit entrances, color-coded elevators and floors, ADA units as well as efficient heating and cooling.
