Currently been living here a little over two years. I have not had any problems with bugs, mice ect….new maintenance crew are always on top of keeping it clean around here. Very quiet community, rarely noticed any issues as far as police in the complex. Children seem to be safe when playing outside. Trash pickup is always on time as well. I live in one of the apartment buildings and even though it’s only two units occupied, my neighbors are pretty quiet as well. Seems like everyone just goes to work and home.
