I love this location and he owner has always gone out of his way to help others. The place has seen continuous renovations sense being taken over by new management a few years ago. From my experience any issues that are brought to Eric attention are immediately addresses. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

I have lived here for a year now and I have never experienced any problems with Eric. He keeps up on all the maintenance and is constantly renovating the place. Eric is quick to fix any issues with my apartment and double checks to make sure everything is fixed properly. I would recommend this place to anyone.
