The house is spacious yet cozy, suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay, including complimentary Starbucks coffee and a garage. Parking is included with a garage. This apartment has one of the best locations, perfectly situated between all city neighborhoods. It is walkable to restaurants and bars and a short Uber/Lyft ride or drive to all the major attractions Dallas has to offer. A quick Uber to both airports and all city venues. Smoking, parties, and pets are not allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. A security camera/recording device is located at the front entrance; the camera is turned on 24/7 (no audio) and records people coming in/out of the listing.
