It's walkable to restaurants and bars, and a short ride to all the major attractions Dallas has to offer. The location is close to everything, including the Nasher Sculpture Center and Dallas Love Field. Stairs may be required as the property is not wheelchair accessible. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule.
