The apartment features a functional kitchen with all the essentials to get you started. The living room includes a couch that pulls out into a full bed, large TVs, and an ottoman that folds into a bed, providing ample space for relaxation and entertainment. Ask about our family add-ons, including Pack 'n Play Crib, High-Chair, Beach Wagon, Surf and Boogie Boards, Pets Policy, and Car Rentals. We love welcoming well-behaved pets, with a $100 fee per pet per stay. Please keep pets off the beds, comforters, and sofas to avoid extra cleaning or replacement fees if bedding, towels, carpets, or furniture are stained, chewed, or covered in heavy fur. A vacuum, broom, and dustpan are provided for any fur or spills. If you bathe your pet in the shower, please collect and dispose of any hair to prevent drain clogs. All pets must be declared, and undeclared pets (including ESAs) will incur a $200 fee per pet. Your family will be close to everything, including the beach, restaurants, bars, and parks, while still being far enough away to avoid loud crowds and traffic. The neighborhood is family-friendly, safe, and inviting, with walking distance to Mission Beach, the Pier, and Mission Bay. Filming or production work is allowed with an additional fee. You must be at least 26 years old to book this property. Shoes off upon entry. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. No parties are allowed, and undeclared guests will be charged $100 per person if not disclosed. Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge. Do not unplug, tamper with, or cover any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cameras, or locks, as fees will apply. No unlawful use of the home is permitted. Use coasters under all glasses, cups, or mugs to prevent water rings and stains, and use trivet mats for hot pots to prevent heat damage to surfaces. Children should be supervised in the hot tub, climbing wall, upper back roof cabana, on stairs, and always use handrails. Do not try to open any locked cabinets or access off-limits areas, as the homeowner's personal items are stored there. For garbage disposal, do not put metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery in the disposal. If it stops working, press the small red button under the sink or use an Allen wrench to free it up.
