Located in one of Fort Myers’ most desirable areas, this home combines comfort and location. You're just over 3 miles from Bunche Beach and a little over 4 miles from Fort Myers Beach. Majestic Palms is located halfway between the Cape Coral Bridge and the Sanibel Causeway, giving you easy access to shopping, dining, and some of Southwest Florida’s best beaches. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Please do not rearrange the furniture. Please report any damage or malfunction to the trusted partner right away so that they can repair or replace the damaged item. Pets are not allowed. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move-in along with the second payment, no exceptions.
