The neighborhood is close to restaurants, jazz clubs, and entertainment, and is located in the Central Business District. It's a short ride to the French Quarter and Bourbon St, and a mile away from attractions like the Mercedes-Benz Superdome and the National World War II Museum. The pool is located at 1212 Carondelet St, New Orleans, a one-minute walk from the unit, with hours from 9am to 9pm. Video surveillance may be used in public areas. Gatherings of more than 6 people, including both overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent, and the number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy.
