This unit offers beautiful features such as huge windows, hardwood floors, a granite/stainless kitchen, and a tiled bath. The large living room includes a workspace, dining area, flat-screen TV, and sleeper sofa. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, en suite bath, and plenty of storage. Enjoy the front yard space, perfect for grilling and al fresco dining. Coin-op laundry is available in the basement. Parking is available for rent at $15/night on a first come first serve basis and must be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. A pack n' Play/high top chair is available upon request for $10/night. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional $250 per pet cleaning fee, as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. This apartment is just steps to restaurants, shops, and public transportation (MBTA Green Line C, D & B trains) with easy commute to downtown Boston, Longwood Medical area & hospitals, Boston College, Boston University, St. Elizabeth’s and all of Boston’s tourist attractions. The apartment is located between Cleveland Circle and Washington Square which is on the Green C Line train. You also have the option of riding the Green D Line to and from Reservoir Station (a 4 minute walk from the apartment). There is a $150 lost key fee and $100 lock out fee. Should your stay extend beyond 28 days, there will be an adjustment in the cleaning fee. A welcome booklet will be emailed two weeks prior to arrival, and arrival instructions containing a navigational application that guides directly to the property will be sent 3 days prior to arrival.
