This multi-level home provides plenty of room to spread out, but be aware that there are a lot of stairs. This expansive home features two rooms with king-size beds, one with two full bunk beds, another with two twin bunk beds, one with a full bunk bed and a full bed, and the last with two full beds, making it perfect for large groups. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. Outside, the deck is equipped with cornhole, darts, a 75-inch outdoor TV, a hammock, a propane grill, and plenty of seating for relaxation and entertainment. A travel crib and high chair are available for younger guests. Located just a block from the sand, this beach house offers convenient access to the beach and stunning ocean views. There are a lot of stairs throughout this multi-level home, which may be a consideration for guests with mobility concerns or young children. Check-in is at 4:00 PM or later with a smart lock for easy entry, and check-out is sharp at 11:00 AM. Unregistered visitors are not permitted, and parties, large gatherings, or events are prohibited. Quiet hours are observed from 11 PM to 7 AM, with a request to keep outdoor noise low. Pets are not allowed. Smoking or vaping inside the home is prohibited and will incur a $500 fine.
