The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and a TV. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower and dual sinks. All linens, bath, and pool towels are provided, along with free Wi-Fi. There is a fee of $1250 per month to heat the pool to 85 degrees in the winter, upon request only. Located in Troon North, this home is minutes from Troon North Golf Club and Browns Ranch trailhead for hiking, running, and mountain biking. A park down the street offers a playground, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. Pets are not allowed. There is a $400 per month electric cap in the summer months (June through September), and guests are liable for any overages.
