This villa features a chef's kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, a long breakfast bar, and a large dining table. The great room offers comfortable seating around a custom entertainment center. Two large sliding doors open to a large patio with views of the Troon North Golf Course, mountains, and city lights. All linens, bath, and pool towels are provided. Enjoy access to free Wi-Fi. One dog is permitted with prior approval. A pet fee will be added to your booking when reserving online. Pet fees are non-refundable and do not cover any damages, extra cleaning, or picking up after your dog. A 2-car garage is provided for parking. A short walk will take you to the heated pool, spa, fitness room, Troon North Golf Club, and restaurant. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book, and guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. No parking is allowed in the driveway. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. A separate office work area separates the 2 master suites on the 2nd level. Each of the 2 master bedrooms offers king-size beds, flat-screen televisions, attached baths, and private balconies with views. The 1st level offers a 2-car attached private garage, a laundry room, and a powder room.
