The fully equipped chef’s kitchen includes stainless steel appliances such as a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, as well as a kitchen island and breakfast bar with bar stools. The spacious, open-concept living room features vaulted ceilings, plenty of natural light, comfortable seating, an HDTV, and a dedicated wet bar. Essential toiletries are included. Free parking is available, including a double garage and driveway space. Additional street parking is also available. House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). An additional nightly rate will be applied for more than six guests. Located on an interior lot surrounded by established trees, this apartment is conveniently located minutes from some of Fort Worth’s must-see attractions and within walking distance of Candleridge Park. Nearby points of interest include Candleridge Park, Benbrook Lake, and Mustang Park. Sundance Square, the Fort Worth Nature Center and Refuse, and AT&T Stadium are also a short drive away. This apartment accepts only 30+ days rentals. Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. No parties or large unauthorized gatherings are allowed. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The fireplace is inoperable. In order to comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, a noise alert device has been installed that measures decibels and sends alerts if reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
