This 3-bedroom, 1-level home is centrally located in the ViBe District of the Virginia Beach Oceanfront area. A short walk to numerous bars, restaurants, coffee shops, the Convention Center, Sports Center and beach. The spacious yard, outdoor activities, and game garage will keep everyone entertained. Hot tub open year round! This home features a thoughtful bedroom layout with Bedroom 1 offering a queen bed, Bedroom 2 also featuring a queen bed, and Bedroom 3 equipped with two single beds. Early check-in and late check-out may be accommodated upon request, with potential fees depending on the requested time. Half days, with an 11 AM arrival or 3:30 PM departure, may also be available for 50% of the nightly rate. The Old Beach Farmers Market is a short walk away, open every Saturday during the summer from 8 am to 12 pm. It is conveniently located in the parking lot at the corner of 18th Street and Cypress. Guests must be 24 years or older to rent. Absolute silence is required after 10:00 PM due to city ordinance. No parties, celebrations, or events are allowed, and the maximum occupancy is 6. No smoking of any substances is permitted. We are unable to guarantee package deliveries to the home, so it is best to utilize the local post office to hold packages or nearby Amazon Lockers.
