Welcome to this luxurious 2500 sq ft Palma Ceia Garden House, a beautifully curated designer home in the heart of Palma Ceia. Feel at home in this retreat featuring 2-bedrooms, a yoga room, and 4 full bathrooms. This hidden-garden sanctuary features 10-ft ceilings, brick floors, elegant chandeliers, and artful architectural details. Relax with a grand piano, a dedicated yoga and meditation room, and a private cocktail pool. The home includes a designer kitchen with premium stainless steel appliances, an espresso machine, and two coffee stations. There are two distinct living rooms: a leisure room with curated art, books, and garden views, and a main living room with skylights, a smart TV, and a black brick fireplace. Enjoy the outdoor oasis with a private cocktail pool, an outdoor spa area, two fire pits, a tranquil water feature, a gas BBQ grill, outdoor dining for 6, lounge chairs, and an outdoor shower. A pet is welcome with a pet fee of $300 per stay, and the pet must weigh no more than 35lbs. Located just steps from the Palma Ceia Golf Club, this home is also minutes from Bayshore Blvd, Soho, Hyde Park, and Downtown Tampa. This is an ideal location for couples, executives, creatives, and wellness travelers. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Absolutely no smoking is allowed inside or outside the property, and anyone caught smoking will be charged a penalty of $500 and will be removed from the property without any refund. Absolutely no parties or gatherings are allowed, and any parties will result in immediate removal with no refund and a penalty of $500. There is a maximum occupancy of 5 people at all times. You must be at least 25 years of age to check-in to the property. A digitally signed rental agreement, legal ID, and verification selfie must be provided prior to arrival. Any unauthorized late checkouts will incur a penalty of $35 for every 30 minutes, rounded up. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, including the beds, or in the pool. Guests must pick up after their pets, inside and out, and any evidence of pet damage or feces will incur a penalty of up to $400. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate removal with no refund and a penalty of $400. Please keep the thermostat set to “AUTO” mode and do not set the temperature lower than 71°F to prevent system issues. Weekday daytime noise (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM) is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities, which are unpredictable and beyond our control. Guests are required to log in and out of their own accounts when accessing streaming services or smart TV apps. Please refrain from launching or purchasing any new subscriptions on the TV, and any unauthorized subscriptions or charges will be billed back to the guest at the cost of the subscription plus a $25 service fee.
