This home features two living rooms, providing ample space for families or groups. The first floor has two living rooms, a dining room, a galley kitchen, a half bathroom, a laundry area, and a bedroom with two full-size beds. Upstairs has three additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. The first has a king-size bed, the second has a queen bed, and the third has two twin beds. The garage and driveway fit 4 vehicles, but there is no garage door opener; you will need to access the space manually. A Pack-N-Play and vacuum are available upon request. This is a pet-friendly home with a fee. Parking is available for guests, and Uber and Lyft service the area as well. Located in an established neighborhood with mature trees, this home sits in a cul-de-sac, keeping thru traffic to a minimum. Walgreens, Starbucks and other dining and shopping options are less than half a mile away. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. You must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property, and no more than four cars are allowed at the house. Any additional cars can be parked at the Publix 2 minutes down the street.
