The living room features two end tables, two lamps, a comfortable queen sofa sleeper, a fifty-inch Roku TV, two armchairs, and a futon. The fully equipped kitchen awaits, ready to cater to your culinary needs with a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area welcomes you with a six-seat dining table adorned with two chairs and two benches. A futon and an armchair provide additional seating options. Sunlight streams in through white window-paned French doors, creating an open and airy ambiance. Pets are welcome with a small fee. This neighborhood is a historic residential area, centrally located between the university, dining, downtown, and the country club. Driving is recommended, but a variety of amenities are within walking distance, and Uber and Lyft are available in the area. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
