The living space captivates with high ceilings, mirrored walls, crown molding, and fireplaces. The living room features a queen sofa sleeper, a fifty-inch Roku TV, two armchairs, and a futon. The master bedroom offers a plush king bed and a cozy futon. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. Adjacent is a dining area with a six-seat table, futon, and armchair. Additional bedrooms feature queen beds and futons, ensuring ample space for larger families. We are a pet-friendly home with a small fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. A non-refundable pet fee applies, and additional cleaning costs may be charged if necessary. This historic residential neighborhood is centrally located between the university, dining, downtown, and the country club. While driving is recommended, a variety of amenities are within walking distance, and Uber and Lyft are available in the area. The pool is closed for the season and will reopen in Summer 2026. Weekly maintenance and cleaning are performed on the pool, requiring access to the yard/pool area on service days. Contact-less check-in is available, and we are just a call or message away if needed. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. A $500 damage charge applies for smoking violations, and parties are prohibited. Guests must be at least 21 years old to rent this property. Excessive trash may incur a $100 removal fee.
