The dining area has a six-seat dining table with additional seating options. A Pack-N-Play and vacuum are available upon request. This is a pet-friendly accommodation with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended and waste must be cleaned up from the yard. Additional charges will apply for evidence of pet hair on furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home. A pack-n-play is available upon request. This home is centrally located between the university, dining, and downtown, making it a short walk to many amenities. It is also just 4 miles from White Water Park. The pool is closed for the season and will reopen in the Summer of 2026. Weekly maintenance and cleaning are performed on the pool, and access to the yard/pool area will be needed on service days. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 7 AM. Smoking is prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur a $500 charge. Parties and events are prohibited unless pre-approved.
