However, pets must be crated when left unattended, and they are not allowed on furniture or beds. All pet waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, additional cleaning costs will be charged. Situated in a quiet residential area in the Southeastern part of Montgomery, this home provides easy access to major highways and interstates, making trips to grocery stores, shops, parks, and restaurants convenient. The Baptist Medical Center South is just a few minutes away, enhancing the location's appeal. This home is located in a residential area with quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM. If quiet hours are violated and neighbors are disturbed, the reservation will be canceled, and guests will be required to leave the property immediately without a refund. Smoking is prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur a $500 damage charge. Parties are not allowed, and any damage to the home or its furnishings during the stay will be the guest's responsibility. Trash must be bagged and placed in the provided bins, with a $100 charge for excessive trash removal. A minimum age of 21 is required to rent this property.
