Centrally located less than fifteen minutes from downtown, the Legacy Museum, and the Rosa Parks Museum, this beautifully appointed home features modern touches and a fenced yard, perfect for kids and pets. Just six miles from the new White Water Park opening summer 2023, this property offers free WiFi, a deck overlooking the backyard, and a fully equipped kitchen—ideal for a work-from-home staycation. This four-bedroom, two-bathroom home evokes the white picket fence, family-friendly feel. The downstairs area includes a living area with two armchairs, a couch, a queen sofabed, and a 50" Roku TV. There are two bedrooms downstairs, each with a queen bed, and a full bathroom with a tub. The full kitchen is equipped with all the basic amenities necessary for cooking a home-cooked meal. The dining room seats six and can double as a large mobile work and learning station when not enjoying family meals. Upstairs features a king bedroom, another full bathroom, and another bedroom with two twin beds. The outdoor deck overlooks a fully fenced yard, complete with a table and chairs for enjoying the weather while watching kids and pets play. Free WiFi is included, along with a pack 'n play available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. This home is located in the Forest Hills district of Montgomery, close to food, shops, attractions, and museums. This is a residential area, so driving is recommended, but Uber and Lyft are available as well. Self-check-in is provided for your convenience, and we are just a phone call away if a need arises. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM to be courteous to our neighbors. If quiet hours are violated and neighbors are disturbed, your reservation may be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without eligibility for refunds. Smoking is prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur an automatic $500 damage charge. Parties are not allowed, and any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay will be your responsibility. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided to avoid a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if excessive trash is left at the property.
