Feel at home in this charming 4-bedroom, 2-bath home in Forest Hills, which comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests. This home evokes a family-friendly feel. Downstairs has a living area with two armchairs, a couch, a queen sofabed, and a 50" Roku TV. There are two bedrooms downstairs, one with a queen bed and another with a queen bed, and a full bathroom with a tub. There is a full kitchen with all of the basic amenities necessary for cooking a home cooked meal. Upstairs has a king-size bedroom, another full bathroom, and another bedroom with two twins. The outdoor deck looks out over a fully fenced yard and has a table and chairs for enjoying the weather while watching kids and pets play. Free Wi-Fi is included. A Pack-N-Play and vacuum are available upon request. Centrally located less than fifteen minutes from downtown, the Legacy Museum, and the Rosa Parks Museum, this home is also just six miles from the new White Water Park. This home is located in the Forest Hills district of Montgomery, close to food, shops, attractions, and museums. This is a residential area, so driving is recommended, but Uber and Lyft are available as well. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. If quiet hours are violated and the neighbors are disturbed, the reservation will be canceled, the guest will be required to leave the property immediately, and the guest will not be eligible for any refunds. Noise may be monitored with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. Guests are responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during the stay. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, the cost to clean this will be charged. All trash must be bagged and placed in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. The dining room seats six and can double as a large mobile work and learning station when not enjoying family meals.
