Downstairs features a living area with two armchairs, a couch, a queen sofabed, and a 50" Roku TV. There are two bedrooms downstairs, one with a queen bed and another with a queen bed, and a full bathroom with a tub. The full kitchen is equipped with all basic amenities necessary for cooking. The dining room seats six and can double as a large mobile work and learning station. Upstairs, you'll find a king bedroom, another full bathroom, and a bedroom with two twin beds. The outdoor deck overlooks a fully fenced yard and has a table and chairs for enjoying the weather while watching kids and pets play. Free Wi-Fi is included. A Pack-N-Play is available upon request and a vacuum is available upon request. Pets are permitted with a non-refundable fee, and guests must notify the host if they plan to bring a pet. Guests are responsible for cleaning up all evidence of their pet on the property, including fur inside the home and waste from the yard. This home is located in the Forest Hills district of Montgomery, centrally located less than fifteen minutes from downtown, the Legacy Museum, and the Rosa Parks Museum. It's also just six miles from the new White Water Park. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 7 AM. Smoking is not allowed, and if the cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted only with prior approval. To be courteous to neighbors, guests must respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violation of quiet hours may result in reservation cancellation and immediate departure without refunds. Noise may be monitored with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. Guests are responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during their stay. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property.
