The dining room seats six and can double as a mobile work and learning station. Upstairs, you'll find a king bedroom, another full bathroom, and a bedroom with two twin beds. The outdoor deck overlooks a fully fenced yard and includes a table and chairs. A Pack-N-Play is available upon request and a vacuum is available upon request. This is a pet-friendly home, and all pets require a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. This home is located in the Forest Hills district of Montgomery, close to food, shops, attractions, and museums. It is centrally located less than fifteen minutes from downtown, the Legacy Museum, and the Rosa Parks Museum. It is also just six miles from the new White Water Park. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 7 AM. Smoking is prohibited in or around the home, and any signs of smoking will incur a $500 charge. Parties and events are prohibited without prior approval. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests are responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. If evidence of pet hair on furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste is found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
