The rate is applicable when billed upfront; it can be higher if billed in multiple payments. Feel at home in this charming three-bedroom, two-bath home in Forest Hills, accommodating up to 10 guests. The main entrance to the home is through the front portico. The first room you'll see once inside is the living room, where you'll find a couch with a queen pullout bed, two chairs and a large TV over an antique fireplace! To the right of the living room is a cozy dining room with a table and chairs for 8! Pass through the dining room to the fully equipped kitchen, where you'll feel like you stepped into the comforts of Grandma's kitchen. This kitchen may have all the retro vibes, but it is ready for all your modern-day cooking needs! The light and bright laundry room is off the back of the kitchen and is stocked with a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience! To find the bedrooms and bathrooms, you turn left off the main entrance to the home. The first bedroom has a king-size bed and ample closet space to store your belongings during your stay. The second bedroom has two full beds and a desk for all your work-from-home needs! The last bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds, as well as toys, books and games for kids! The two full bathrooms are also near the bedrooms. Don't forget to checkout the fully fenced backyard with a large patio, picnic table, Adirondack chairs, a charcoal grill and plenty of space for kids and pets to run around. There is even a full-size play set for kids to enjoy! Pack-N-Play and vacuum are available upon request. The home is located in the Capital Heights area of Montgomery. The area is charming and established and is conveniently located to the Interstate, downtown, shopping and dining. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. We may monitor noise with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. The second bedroom has a desk for all your work-from-home needs!
