Feel at home in this renovated 2-bedroom apartment located in a cozy walk-up townhouse in the heart of beautiful West Harlem. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a large bathroom, a living area, and a dining area furnished with a small dining table and four chairs. Each room has a double-size bed, and there is a sofa bed in the living area. There are also plenty of closets. Utilities, including Wi-Fi, electricity, gas, and streaming TV, are not included and cost $350 per month. All pets must be approved in advance, and pet fees vary between $225 and $300. For check-ins after 9 pm, there is a $75 late check-in fee. The 2 and 3 subway station is one block away, providing access to midtown Manhattan within 25 minutes. Columbia University is one mile away, and Harlem Hospital Center is 0.3 miles away. You'll find lots of supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, and a Chase bank nearby. Access to the private garden is available, but it will be limited during the winter. Receiving mail is not guaranteed. If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance. All requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee if approved. As part of our standard guest verification process, the partner will request that you complete a short application and authorize a background check a few weeks prior to arrival.
