This home is pet-friendly with a fee of $60 for each small dog (small breed only, maximum of 2 dogs allowed). Located just minutes from Disney, Universal, and other top attractions, this home offers easy access to downtown Orlando, shops, restaurants, entertainment, major attractions, and highways. Lake Underhill Park, The Waterfront Orlando, Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, SODO Shopping Center, and Orlando Health are all nearby. Quiet hours are after dark, so please respect quiet hours to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and will result in an automatic complaint. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A security camera is installed outside near the entrance for everyone’s safety; please don’t unplug or tamper with it during your stay. All dogs must be declared in advance, house-trained and non-aggressive, crated if left alone indoors, leashed when outside, kept off furniture (please bring your pet’s bedding), and cleaned up after both indoors and outdoors.
