The sofa bed includes two single beds to accommodate two extra guests. Enjoy personalized temperature control with mini-split units. There is a private full bathroom with all essentials. Guests have access to a shared, unfenced backyard and a fenced pool (please note: the pool is not heated). Free parking is available for up to two compact cars per unit. Max 2 dogs are allowed per stay with a fee of $60 for small dogs and $100 for large dogs. Nestled in a peaceful residential area, this location offers a blend of tranquility and convenience. Just a short drive away, you’ll find multiple shopping options, including grocery stores, pharmacies, and retail centers. Publix, Walmart, and Target are all within a few miles for your daily essentials. Close to well-known plazas such as The Market at Southside and SODO Shopping Center for a variety of stores and services. From local cafés to international cuisine, you’ll have plenty of dining options to explore, and the location offers quick and convenient access to major highways, making travel around Orlando a breeze. It's near I-4, FL-408, and US-441 for smooth connectivity, just 15 minutes from Orlando International Airport, around 20-25 minutes to Disney, Universal, and SeaWorld, and only 10 minutes away from Downtown Orlando, perfect for business or leisure. Some noise may be heard from other units. Quiet hours are from 8 PM to 8 AM. No parties or loud noise are allowed, and quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM, so please keep noise to a minimum. Smoking is not allowed indoors and will result in an automatic complaint. If you smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Dogs only are allowed. A fee of $60 is required for dogs less than 100 lbs, and a fee of $250 is required for stays of 1+ month for extra cleaning and bedding changes. Bring pet bedding. Owners are liable for damages.
