Access the building through the main entrances and be respectful of the home and community. Friends are welcome, but maintain noise and light discipline at all times. The home is not baby-proofed and may not be ideal for families with small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion. Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, with a fine of $300 for violations. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with a fine of $500 for violations, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement. Unauthorized animals or pets incur a fee of $250. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled checkout time. Local guests must inform at the time of booking if additional visitors will arrive during the stay, or the reservation will be canceled. Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules can result in a fine of up to $1000 and/or eviction from the property. Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage and are not included in the damage protection policy. Guests should not wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine.
