I am a family type and located in front of the in private, quite street at the point where River Valley meets Ada Blvd NW . When I need some peace and relax time, I am one house apart from hiking and trails at the River Valley and across of me is the Ice Arena of Floden Park, which is a nice community park with, playgrounds, trails, and wood benches to enjoy the view of the river. Close to me there are the Clareview shopping Center’s, restaurants, parks school, golf and recreation centers . Whenever you decide to travel, it's so easy from where I am - Your comfortable living features are enhanced by the convenience of being close to 2 major highways ? Yellowhead and Anthoney Henday. Imagine how much time you can save in going to and from work, downtown, and oil sands - spending more time with things that matter! All this for $900 per month includes utilities.
