It's a 7-minute drive to Caesars Superdome and Smoothie King Center and is surrounded by jazz clubs, cafes, theaters, art galleries, and local dining favorites. You'll have quick access to Mardi Gras parade routes and festival venues. This unit has 2 floors and is not handicap accessible. Security cameras are in place in public and common areas. Optional daily housekeeping is available for an additional fee. Early check-in or late check-out may be offered for an upgrade fee based on availability. Gatherings over 8 people, including both guests and visitors, are not allowed. No extra guests or visitors without prior approval. Maximum overnight occupancy limits are strictly enforced. No smoking inside the unit or on the balcony, with a $250 fine and cleaning fees if violated. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM, with a $200 fine for violations. We are not liable for accidents, injuries, or theft on the premises. Must be at least 21 years old to book and a government-issued ID is required upon booking. Local guests within 100 miles must contact the host before booking. No house parties or illegal substances are allowed, with a $500 fine and immediate eviction.
