Imagine unwinding on the rooftop after a day of exploring and watching a beautiful sunset against the city skyline. Community amenities include an amazing game room and a fitness center. Plus, this building has high security with protected access. Paid parking is available in the building on a first-come, first-served basis. If parking in the garage is unavailable, you may utilize paid parking lots located close to the building. For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon your request. Only a block away from Canal Street, you have access to all kinds of public transportation. The convention center is just 1.6 miles away. Famous for its vibrant nightlife and colorful buildings, you’ll be steps away from Bourbon Street jazz clubs, Cajun eateries, bars, and bistros. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction, with violators charged a $500 fine. A State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. Local resident restrictions apply, and guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking. The traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony, with violations incurring a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Pets are not allowed, with violations resulting in a $500 fine.
