The living room features a smart TV, a large plush sofa, and direct outdoor access with an open floor plan. Whether you’re soaking up the sun, exploring Corpus Christi’s vibrant dining and attractions, or simply enjoying a peaceful coastal retreat, this condo offers the perfect home base for your next island escape. Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, no cats please. Parking is available in the driveway for 2 cars max. Nearby attractions include the Texas State Aquarium, USS Lexington Museum on the Bay, Corpus Christi Museum of Science & History, Art Museum of South Texas, and South Texas Botanical Gardens and Nature Center. Renting a car is a convenient option to explore the area at your own pace, and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No parties are allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. An exterior camera is installed solely to monitor our cleaning team for quality and security purposes. Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. A guest verification process is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation, including signing a Rental Agreement and providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in. A non-refundable $55 damage waiver is required, covering accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. A remote work-friendly environment is provided with Wi-Fi access throughout the condo.
