Pets are welcome, but please clean up after them and keep them off the furniture. Normal Heights is a beloved local neighborhood known for its artsy, walkable charm. Just two blocks from Adams Avenue, you'll find coffee shops, live music venues, taco joints, yoga studios, and curated vintage stores. This location is perfect for exploring North Park, South Park, Kensington, and beyond. With easy freeway access, downtown, the Zoo, and the beach are all within a 15-minute drive. The #11 and #215 bus lines nearby connect you to downtown and the beach, and street parking is free and usually easy to find. The neighborhood is peaceful, perfect for relaxing or exploring San Diego on foot. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Check-in is after 4 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. Trash and recycle bins are located on the side of the home. The mini-split system for A/C and heat is controlled via remote. The smart TV includes streaming apps, but please log in with your own accounts. The cottage is ideal for longer work-from-home stays, featuring very high-speed internet and a work desk.
