The condo boasts stunning décor with custom-made furniture and a fully upgraded kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances. The spacious layout provides plenty of sitting and dining space, and there is a TV in two of the bedrooms. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are also included for your comfort. Free street parking is available in front of the property on a first-come, first-served basis. For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon request. You will have easy access to the outdoor pool in the adjacent building for some fun in the sun. If you prefer not to drive or take an Uber, the St. Charles Streetcar (trolley) is nearby and will take you directly to the French Quarter, the entertainment hub of the world. For a fun night out, Harrah's New Orleans casino is just a mile away. The condo requires climbing stairs. Gatherings of more than six people, including both overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed and may result in eviction. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent, and the number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. The property enforces quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM, with violators subject to a $200 fine. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, with violations incurring a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited, with violators facing a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Guests with service animals are encouraged to contact management before their stay. For same-day late check-ins, approval from the host is required before booking.
