Situated in the Central Business District of NOLA, this home is blocks from St. Charles Avenue, Magazine Street, and downtown. It offers easy access to the St. Charles Streetcar Lines and is a short drive to the historic French Quarter. Nearby attractions include the Mercedes-Benz Superdome, the National World War II Museum, and the Audubon Aquarium of the Americas. The property requires climbing stairs. Gatherings of more than two people, including both overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent, and the number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy.
