Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with sleek stainless steel appliances and marble countertops, ideal for preparing meals while staying connected with your group. The spacious living room, adorned with beachy vibes and natural light, features comfortable furniture and a 65-inch flat-screen TV, making it the perfect spot for unwinding after a day of coastal adventures. The home also boasts a fun gaming area for kids and a dining table that seats up to 12 guests. This home welcomes up to two dogs with a fee of $120 per stay for each pet. The enclosed yard provides a safe space for kids and pets to play. Guests must purchase their own propane tank for the BBQ grill and fire pit. For stays over 7 nights, a mid-stay cleaning is required, which is the same as the regular cleaning fee. Located on Mustang Island, Port Aransas is a vibrant seaside destination where coastal charm meets endless adventure. With miles of pristine beaches, it's a haven for sunseekers and watersports enthusiasts. The pool is unheated and guests swim at their own risk, as there is no lifeguard on duty. Supervision is required for all, especially children and non-swimmers. Guests are encouraged to bring their own life jackets and floatation devices. No diving is allowed, and guests are responsible for keeping the pool area clean. Pets must be kenneled and house trained, leashed outside unless in the fenced yard, and kept off furniture and bedding, or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed. Check-in and check-out times are flexible, but guests are responsible for any damages or injuries caused by their pets.
