This beautiful newly remodeled 1-bedroom pool house is equipped with modern conveniences and finishes, providing a comfortable and stylish retreat. The pool can be heated for a cost of $25 per day. Early check-in and late checkout may be available for a cost of $50. A maximum of one pet is allowed at a cost of $20 per day, with no aggressive dog breeds permitted. Nestled in the Middle River Terrace neighborhood of Fort Lauderdale, FL, this home is perfectly situated between downtown and Wilton Manors. The area offers a variety of shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance. For longer trips, driving or using a ride-share service is recommended. The home includes one parking space in the driveway for guest use. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. Smoking inside the house is prohibited, with a $250 cleaning fee for odor removal if violated. Unauthorized guests will incur a $50 fine per unapproved guest beyond the home capacity. Unauthorized vehicles will incur a $50 charge per vehicle, with parking available for one car on the left-hand side of the driveway. Street parking is not allowed. Guests agree to use the pool at their own risk, and anyone under 18 should have adult supervision. Guests staying beyond checkout time without approval will be charged $100 per hour.
