We had the opportunity to view the apartments on two separate occasions, and it was clear that the new ownership has invested significantly in the property. The building has undergone substantial improvements, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained environment. The apartments themselves are in excellent condition, reflecting the care and attention put into creating a community where residents would be proud to live. During our visit on Thursday,we engaged in productive discussions about the possibility of moving in, and we were genuinely excited about the prospect. However, we encountered a somewhat rocky experience the following day, which caused us some concern. Fortunately, the new owner promptly reached out to us and addressed the issues in a professional and considerate manner. Their willingness to resolve the matter and ensure our satisfaction reaffirmed our belief that this is the right place for us. Overall, we deeply appreciate the efforts made by the new ownership to create a welcoming and well-maintained community, and we are confident that this is a place we would love to call home.
