Having just moved down to FL from Boston, my partner and I have been living at Aviara in Pompano Beach for about a month and it's been an excellent experience. Nice units, beautiful compound, and safe. Moving in was also easy & simple. However, I have to give direct credit to Andressa for being a huge help from the very start. From virtual tours to help us 1:1 with application process, she's taken the time—every single step of the way—to set us up for success and happiness here. Couldn't be more grateful for her.

I’ve been renting at Aviara East and I couldn't be happier! The modern design and spacious layouts make my apartment feel like a true home. I love the open-concept living area, which is perfect for entertaining or just relaxing after a long day. The amenities are fantastic—having a gym, and pool right at my fingertips has truly enhanced my lifestyle. The management team is incredibly responsive and genuinely cares about the residents, always ensuring that everything runs smoothly. The location is perfect, with easy access to great shops and restaurants. The community is friendly and welcoming, making it easy to connect with neighbors. I feel fortunate to be part of such a wonderful place to live. Highly recommend it to anyone considering renting here.
