The pool and terrace are shared among guests and video surveillance may be used in common areas. Early check-in and late check-out offers are sent when available. No gatherings over 10 people, including visitors, and extra guests require prior approval. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm to 8am, with a $200 fine for violators. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, with a $500 fine for violators.
