The apartment boasts a modern kitchen equipped with a full-size fridge, oven, stove, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, and essential cookware. The primary bedroom in the loft features two queen beds, ample closet space, an en-suite bathroom, and a balcony with spectacular views. A twin bed is also tucked away in a nook for additional sleeping accommodations. The second bedroom on the main level includes a queen bed and ample natural light. The living room offers a comfortable sofa, TV, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a workstation, with an open concept dining space and balcony access with partial water views. The property includes a designated parking spot. Concierge services are available for boat rentals, chef engagements, massages, and more. These services are independent of the property owner. Housekeeping can be arranged during your stay at your cost. Fines may be assessed for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage. Situated in Miami's trendy Brickell district just off the renowned Brickell Avenue, this apartment offers a short walk to the vibrant shops, dining, and nightlife of Mary Brickell Village and Brickell City Centre. By car, you're only 20 minutes away from some of Miami’s most iconic destinations, including South Beach, Coconut Grove, Wynwood, and Miami International Airport. Brickell City Centre is just 5 minutes away, Bayfront Park is 1 mile, and Miami International Airport is a 15-minute drive. All guests must be registered with the building before check-in, and an application process is necessary for reservation approval by the building management. Check-in is after 4 PM and checkout is before 11 AM, with early and late options available upon inquiry. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. The number of guests cannot exceed those specified at booking, and violations incur a $50 fee per person, with the possibility of stay termination without refund. All guests must be 21 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or pre-approved. No underage drinking, drugs, marijuana, or vaping are allowed, and any smoke smell will incur a $100 cleaning fee.
