Bus to Stanford. Walk to restaurants & stores. No pets. No smoking of any kind. Like a boutique hotel room with very large private bath, perfect for vacation trip to the Bay Area or for work travel. Private entrance with lockbox for easy arrival at any hour. New bed frame installed based on guest feedback. Garden porch with many plants and trees immediately outside your door. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Easy access to local transportation hubs. There is a microwave, refrigerator, plates, mugs, and utensils. Small desk in the room. Iron and board or clothes steamer for dresses and suits available. Room heater for colder months. No air conditioning, but unit stays cool in summer. Windows to porch do not open. Screen covering for door to porch. Tenants have access to unit wifi, community pool (April-Oct), community parking area. If you are driving, you can park in any spot in the complex. If arriving late, the community parking may be full, or a short walk from the apartment. If there are no spots, best parking options are on Wilkie Way, with many side entrances to the community along Charleston Road. You may want to drop your bags, then park, if your bag is large.
