The primary bedroom features a cozy queen bed, while the other three bedrooms each have full beds, making them perfect for an extended family or friends’ getaway. Each room is fully furnished, providing ample storage and comfort for all guests. The primary bathroom includes a bath-shower combo for quick rinses or relaxing soaks, while the other two bathrooms each feature spacious walk-in showers. All bathrooms are stocked with quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryers for your convenience. Pets are welcome with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay. A pet fee will be applied to cover the cleaning of pet hair. If any waste beyond hair is found, an additional cleaning fee of $35 to $50 will be charged. Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility, and pets should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may lead to neighbor complaints. Additional pet fees will be processed through our guest portal after your reservation is confirmed. The pool is not heated, but it's perfect for cooling off and enjoying the beautiful weather. Regular cleaning is scheduled every Monday, but if you prefer not to be bothered during your stay, please let us know and we can coordinate another day for the pool to be cleaned. Guests have full, exclusive access to the entire home and all its amenities. We offer a completely contactless check-in process, allowing you to access the property at your leisure, day or night. A digital house manual filled with useful information about the property and local recommendations will be provided. The primary renter must be 18+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. No parties or events are allowed, and quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, and any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest. Pets must be on leashes in unenclosed areas, and no dogs are allowed in the pool.
