I love living here. The enclosed courtyard is perfect for my 7 yo to play in, and amazingly landscaped. The pool is well maintained. My air conditioners are brand new, and I love being able to close off the bedroom and just cool one room overnight. Negatives: There is not a full sized stove.

Relatively cheap and a nice pool area. However, the management is extremely lazy and unhelpful. There is a sewage roast infestation, as well as an infestation of other types of roaches, and the management will openly tell you that they will take a month to treat the issue, and even when they do, the treatment will not help, and the roaches will always be there. Additionally, the management will do everything in their power to screw you out of money. They subtly changed the lease to require a longer notice time before vacating, ignored our text messages involving serious inquiry about the departure process, and then pretended we didn't give them formal notice, demanding us pay them two more months of rent AFTER our lease concluded and we left the premises. It's certainly cheap rent, but it's cheap for a reason -- don't live here if you don't like roaches, and if you do choose to move in, make sure you have a lawyer look over your lease for the fine print.
