Absolutely fabulous, clean, spacious and sunny 1 bedroom (or one-bvedroom split for two roommates) available JUNE 1st!. Heat and hot water included in the rent. Kitchen has a gas range and full-sized fridge. One stop outside of Harvard Avenue on the B-Line of the train! EASY into the city! NO laundry in the building. Really nice laundromat attached to the building/2 doors down. Tons of industrial-sized machines! WAY better option than a single washer/dryer in a dreary basement! Guaranteed open machines!
