The property is located in the heart of Brickell, and has the city's best bars, restaurants, shopping, and attractions at your doorstep. One complimentary parking space is included with the unit. The kitchen is fully stocked with a 400-piece culinary set and has a full line of new appliances, including a Wolf blender, toaster oven, and drip coffee maker. The dining area has seating for eight, along with all the necessary dinnerware. All three bathrooms are stocked with toiletries, plush towels, washcloths, a hair dryer, and cotton swabs. Pamper yourself with full access to all of the high-quality amenities like the heated resort pool, gym, spa, and restaurants. A washer and dryer are located within the unit with complimentary detergent. One complimentary parking space is provided. You'll need to access the unit first to retrieve the parking key card, and then park anywhere on the fifth floor of the Brickell Arch Garage. Additional parking is available at valet and must be paid separately. The hotel valet will store luggage for $5 per bag without a time limit, ideal for an early arrival or late departure. A changing station, bassinet, infant tub, and other toddler-friendly equipment are provided for an additional fee. Just 10 minutes by car from South Beach and less than a 10-minute walk from Mary Brickell Village and Brickell City Center, this penthouse is ideally located so you can experience the best of Miami with ease. Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is any time before 11 AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, inquire about pricing at the time of booking. Guests are emailed visual check-in instructions and a door code 24 hours before check-in; they are also available through whichever travel website you booked. For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present throughout the hotel's common areas. No surveillance is located inside the unit.
