The living room and family room with smart TVs are perfect for your relaxation. Onsite washer and dryer are available for your laundry needs. There is plenty of parking in the carport, driveway, and street. The house provides an EV charger for your use (please bring your own plugs). This eco-friendly home with solar energy ensures continuous power even during outages. It is handicap accessible with a 5' ramp and features a wheelchair roll-in shower in the primary bathroom. We are excited to offer our guests a bottle of our exclusive private label wine, crafted by Northwest Cellars. Custom wine labels can be designed at no additional charge if you provide the artwork or photo. Nestled in the beautiful area of the Pacific Northwest, this property is known for its wineries, outdoor activities, and scenic beauty. The best way to explore this area is by car. Guest access will be granted via a smart lock. This is not a pet-friendly home and there is a $500 fine for unauthorized pets. Strictly no parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, and no shoes in the home. There is a $500 fine per violation.
