Campanelli Park is located just across the street from the house with walking trails, playground, and more. Easy access to everything: Streets of Woodfield, Schaumburg Convention Center, Woodfield Mall, and Busse Woods for outstanding hiking and outdoor activities. The village of Schaumburg regulates short-term rentals, and it is against regulations for more than six guests to stay in the home. There are absolutely no parties or gatherings allowed at this home. If you smoke in our property, you will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee. If you have more than the allowable occupancy of guests, you will be forced to leave. You must be 25 years of age to book this property. You will be required to provide the full names and ages of all guests over 18 years old. This home is located in a suburban neighborhood, so please be respectful of neighbors. Garbage days are Tuesdays. If your stay overlaps with a Monday or Tuesday, please bring the garbage cans out to the curb on Monday night or Tuesday morning. We greatly appreciate your help in this regard.
