The kitchen is made of reclaimed wood and copper components with a stainless steel fridge and propane gas stovetop. There is a large center island table and white oak countertop bar that connects to the main floor area. The 550 sq ft loft area has exposed brick, fire escape, and a full sized wet bar with kegerator. Lounge underneath your very own 30 ft 'Hollywood' sign by the large flatscreen TV and relax! A second bedroom/office has windows overlooking both the production floor and showcasing the elevator gears with a built-in vocal booth. In the third bedroom/office there's also a bonus sleeping or storage loft for whatever suits your needs. Bonus room for viewing only is the engine room above the elevator shaft that features 2 big Edison wheels and cables holding your dinner guests suspended in the air. On your block you’ll have Urth Caffe, the Arts District Co-Op and innumerable other creative agencies. Take a short walk and you’ll find the popular Resident bar, Arts District Brewing, 82 arcade bar, The Pie Hole, the list goes on! The dog park is nearby and a brand new green space is coming soon just up the street! Not far from the Little Tokyo/Arts District metro stop and easy 101 access.
