Renovated Master Bedroom of lower duplex on the beach side of Balboa Blvd on 30th Street. Private entrance and bathroom. The common areas of the house are fully furnished but the room is not. Available year-round & ready for move-in May 16th! You will share a 3-bedroom/2-bathroom house, in which you have access to the common areas, with two roommates living in the other two bedrooms- one male and one female. Close to the beach. Washer and dryer on site at a cost of $2 a load (covers both washing & drying). Room is available as a MONTH-TO-MONTH lease although we are ideally looking for someone intending to stay at least 12-months. Rent is reasonable but expectations are high. No smoking or drugs. Quiet household and neighbors. We are the opposite of a party house. Our new roommate must be mature, financially secure with good credit/rental history and work outside the house, preferably traditional weekday hours. We have lived here a long time and are looking for someone that is easygoing & relaxed that simply wants a comfy place to live and chill. No pets permitted and single occupancy only.
