The apartment comes fully furnished with a queen size bed, comfortable couch and chair for lounging, and a coffee table that can serve as a dining table or workspace (see photos). The kitchenette comes fully stocked with all necessary cooking essentials including a mini fridge, electric cooktop, microwave, prep counter, sink, and storage underneath the sink. The bathroom has a standup tiled shower, sink and toilet. There is not a washer/dryer in unit, but we are happy to recommend some local laundry services. *30 day minimum per city regulation. Water, electric, cable/internet and parking included. Pets can be negotiated with pet fee. * Please keep in mind this is a newer development and there is construction going on in the neighborhood. Duvet Homes will not be responsible or provide refunds for any interruptions due to circumstances out of our control (i.e. construction, noise from neighbors, etc.) during your stay. In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $300 upon signing the lease agreement. * Please note that any bookings less than 90 days are subject to the City of Charleston's 10% accommodations tax.
