To the right is the formal dining room featuring a large table, perfect for entertaining or hosting dinners. Continue through to the expansive, renovated kitchen and living room. The kitchen is a chef’s dream with a generous island that seats four, ample countertop and cabinet space, and high-end stainless steel appliances including a gas range. Large windows fill the living room with natural light, and the oversized sectional offers a comfortable spot to unwind and watch TV. A convenient half bathroom is also located on this level. Step out the back door to enjoy the private patio and yard—a rare find in the city. Upstairs, you'll find three additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Two bedrooms feature king-size beds, and the third has a queen. The second floor also includes a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience.
