FEES: Please note that the published monthly rate does not include refundable security deposits, taxes, linens, travel/renters’ insurance, or any other applicable and optional fees. Homes that accept pets will require a nonrefundable $400 fee per pet. RATES & PAYMENTS: Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply. There are Smart TVs in the bedrooms, and the Living Room has cable and streaming. There are 2 full bathrooms to accommodate the crowd, and a large back porch. There is easy parking underneath the unit for 2 cars. This building also has an elevator. No pets per HOA Rules. Ocean Dunes complex is located at the southern end of Pleasure Island, in Kure Beach next to Historic Fort Fisher which occupies one mile of beachfront with several private beach walkways. Access to the Recreation Center is included including three outdoor seasonal pools, a children's playground, tennis courts, a basketball court and a shuffleboard court. The Recreation Center has an indoor pool, whirlpool/spa, gym, saunas, and showers.
